Author is a well known game ranger who devoted the better part of his life to studying the ways of the leopard. This book is now and has for a long time been recognized as one of the major authorities on the subject. The hunting angle has not been forgotten and the book is collected by both natural history and hunting readers. Scarce in spite of relatively recent publication.
