Condition: Very Good to Fine. 

Vol1: Some foxing throughout, as can be expected from a book printed in 1900. Also some pencil marking here and there throughout the book. Some light water damage/stain at the top edge of text block. Vol 2: Some foxing throughout, as can be expected from a book printed in 1900. No pencil marking in the book. Some light water damage/stain at the top edge of text block.

Boards/covers are stained with years of handling, and cloth is aged, but still in very good condition considering its age. Front of spine of Vol  2 torn but still attached at the bottom. Corners very lightly bumped.
