Hardcover. English. Macmillan & Co, London. 1927 revised & enlarged edition.559 + 660 pp, with black & white illustrations and map. In the original green cloth with pictorial cover, with gilt title on spine and upper cover. Still a bright set though Vol II has been knocked at the bottom of the front cover, which has caused the front hinge to crack very lightly. Binding is otherwise firm, a clean copy with name and date inside both volumes. Original tatty dw included, but looks better without. Book No: 2504039
