Hardcover published 2002 by Freeworld Publications, no jacket. Minor wear and bumps to the laminated boards, and a 11cm long narrow scrape to the front. The inside front board contains the signature of Bryan Jones, a former SAAF member who took part in the relief flights to Warsaw, and who was shot down over Warsaw. Glued onto the page opposite is an undated newspaper clipping containing a photograph and report of Bryan Jones receiving the Officers Gold Cross of Merit of the Republic of Poland, from General Jerzy Kurczewski. This page also contains two small rectangular ownership stamps. The pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. The story of 31 and 34 Squadrons SAAF during World War Two.
