Hardcovers. No DJs. Cassell & Company First edition 1931 an 1933 respectively. Vol 1. 591 pages inc index. Vol.2 592 pages inc index.

These two volumesÃÂ at some timeÃÂ belonged to a historical reseach committee and as such have a small neat stamp on a few pages at the font and back of each book and a faint number in white on each spine, otherwise there are no inscriptions. The books have some yellowing of pages and foxing toÃÂ page edges. They are tightly bound and the gilt on the spines of the ÃÂ covers is bright. I would consider them to be in pretty good condition fo their age. (see pics below). Please feel free to ask questions.
