Likely 1835/40. This work was commissioned by the government and offered to members of Parliament or the general citizen by purchase.
The pages are gilt-edged.
Condition: Poor. The cover is missing, though the binding is still intact. Moderate foxing throughout. Two pages have a tear, but they don't affect the plates.
