A treasured collection of more than 300 recipes for all who delight in cooking good food with imagination and style.
Myrna Rosen belongs to a family whose culinary expertise goes all the way back to Gold Rush days when her grandmother, Leah Chait, ran a thriving Johannesburg restaurant. She was assisted by her 5 daughters, one of whom - Mercia - in time passed on her talents to her own daughter Myrna. The result was Cooking with Myrna Rosen, first published in 1978, which became one of the most successful cookbooks ever sold in South Africa and gained its author an enthusiastic following in this country.
