This is a gel pen - black ink
It has got a sticky two-sided tape on the bottom of the holder which you can peal off and stick to the table
It is attached to a spring that allows you to use the pen - still attached to the holder
Once the pen is empty - you can pull of the "lid" of the pen and eiter put in a new refil or a new pen
End of the day? Put it neatly back in the holder - ready for use the next day
