Two hundred copies of this edition[A.A.Balkema ,Cape Town,1965]in special quarter leather de luxe binding have been signed by the authors , Hans Fransen and Mary Alexander Cook. This is number 122 .The book is in good condition though there is evidence of a possible fish moth damage on the front free end paper but this is very slight. The cover has slight shelf wear damage mainly on the leather.
