For those of you who have not tried pilates - you are missing out.  In this video Lynne Robinson demonstrates the techniques of her Body Control pilates.  This is a gentle but highly effective form of body conditioning.  You will feel taller, slimmer and more energetic as you become body aware - and it doesn't take long to get hooked.  The DVD is not designed for you to slavishly and mindlessly follow her movements.  Breath work and mind work is equally important here - as is the correct positioning and technique.  Highly recommended!!
