How To Redeem Your Voucher

Once you have WON the auction, your voucher will be posted to via Registered Post (Cost R30) within 3 working days from the date we receive your payment.

You will be provided with a tracking number and instructions on how to make bookings and our contact details if you need any help with the bookings or if you have any queries.

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum stay 2 nights and a maximum stay of 10 nights.
• Voucher may only be used once.
• All bookings are essential and subject to availability.
• Voucher holders will be required to have one or two meals at the hotels, depending on which hotel is visited. 
• On arrival your voucher must be presented to reception.
