Green cloth boards, gilt titles to spine. Near Fine in like, unclipped dust jacket, a few spots of cloth thinning at the board edges and minor, 1mm chips to jacket edges. A very handsome copy indeed of the author's first collection of poetry, the only collection published in her lifetime.
Janet Frame was a world renowned New Zealand novelist, poet, short story writer and biographer. Frame received The Order of New Zealand, the countrys most senior honour. Best known for her three volume autobiography, adapted into the film An Angel at my Table by Jane Campion.
