First published in Great Britain by George Weidenfeld & Nicolson Ltd. 1964. Hardback without dust jacket. pp 382. Black and white photos and drawings.
Condition: Good to Fair. Ex library book, so there is a number painted on the spine, a stamp on the front endpaper and a card holder stuck on the back endpaper. The boards have wear and edgewear to the top of the spine. The spine is cracked at the front and back, but the binding is intact. The pages are clean, except for a bit of staining on the back endpaper and one corner of the last few pages.
