The Princess Project SA - Jo-Ann Strauss Charity Dress Auction

 To celebrate the release of the new movie Hollywood In My Huis, in cinemas June 26, and in conjunction with the non-profit organisation The Princess Project South Africa, we’re proud to announce a truly fabulous initiative – a Celebrity and Designer Dress Auction!

 The Princess Project encourages, sources and facilitates the donation of pre-owned evening outfits, wedding dresses, ball gowns and matric dance dresses to the under-privileged… so that many girls get to feel like princesses for a night.

 This stunning dress has been kindly donated by model and media entrepreneur Jo-Ann Strauss.  Since winning the Miss South Africa pageant in 2000, she has appeared on the covers of most of SA’s top magazines and become one of South Africa’s most recognized media personalities.  She is best known for presenting the South African show “Top Billing” and has presented and produced various other shows both on TV and online.  The dress is by Durban-based fashion designer Gideon who has garnered all of the major South Africa fashion accolades. Gideon has successfully represented South Africa at London Fashion Week twice, impressing international media and fashion editors with his distinct collections.
