Bright colours and many, many pugs bring joy, fun and also trouble in this turbulent and fast game! The pugs are out of control! You have to recognize the right pugs in the right number quickly. Everything is a little confused at Mopseinander.
SET-UP & OBJECT OF THE GAME
The scoring coaster is displayed for all players to see. All other coasters are mixed well and placed face down as a draw pile. A starting player is determined randomly and begins the first round. The object of the game is to get as many coasters as possible and score points with
them at the end.
HOW TO PLAY
The starting player uncovers at least 4-6 coasters. The coasters are placed in the middle of the table so that every player can see them. Then the active player rolls both dice.
By throwing the dice, exactly 2 pugs on the scoring coaster are affected, which are now relevant: The green dice shows a pug on the green side (A) and the red dice shows a pug on the red side (B).
Each player now tries to recognize these two pugs (A, B) in the right number on all visible coasters. Each player now has the possibility to shout out an answer 1 time.
Common rule: number of all pugs A + number of all pugs B = correct number
Rule of 7 plus stars (this rule applies only when the sum of both dice = 7): number of all pugs A + number of all pugs B + number of all stars = correct number
Rule of 9 multiplied (this rule applies only when the sum of both dice = 9): number of all pugs A x (multiplied with) number of all pugs B = correct number
The player who has called the right number wins a lying out coaster of his choice. This coaster is placed hidden in front of the player and cannot be looked at during the subsequent turns. Coasters that have not been won remain in place for the next round. The next player in line becomes the new active player. He fills up the coasters to at least 4, but can raise up to 6 coasters and then rolls both dice.
END OF THE GAME
As soon as only 3 coasters are left and cannot be refilled, the game is finished immediately. Each player now lays his coasters face up in front of him. The player who played the last coaster rolls both dice once. The two corresponding pugs (A, B) now score points in their corresponding number on the respective coasters played by the players (the rules of 7 and 9 also apply here). The highest number wins. If there is a tie of the highest score, both dice are rolled again until one player has the highest score.
