Hardcover first published by Longmans, 1965. The jacket is edge-worn, chipped and rubbed in places, with a large chip from the head of the spine, that is also sunned. The laminated pictorial boards are clean and bright, but with some fraying beginning at the ends of the spine, and some bubbling at the bottom of the rear board. The pages are clean and unmarked, and illustrated with several sketches.
