The Royal Artillery Commemoration Book 1939-1945
Published on behalf of The Royal Artillery Benevolent Fund.
A commemorative military work on the work of the Royal Artillery during World War Two.
This is a magnificent record of RA service during the Second World War, with individual theatres, actions and activities described by appropriate authorities. As befits the Gunners, this is one of the finest regimental records to emerge from WWII. During World War II there were over 1 million men serving in 960 gunner regiments.
