Groot was my verbasing om die juweeltjie te kry. Ek het grootgeword met die storie van die romantiese Omar die tentmaker, in Fitsgerald se Engels, op die selfde boekrak as Langenhoven se Versamelde Werke en nooit geweet die boekie bestaan nie. Ek hoop julle geniet dit net so baie soos ek.
CONDITION: The leather is in good condition, but the spine of the book has pulled away from it. It could easily be glued back. Then we have the tears seen below and the previous owners name and the date 1924 inscribed. Also some scribling on one of the pages. Apart from these the book is in a good condition and a pleasure to read, as the better known English translation of Edward Fitzgerald is printed on the left page and Langenhovens Translation on the right page.
