Hardcover with d/j, 240 pages, colour and b&w illustrations, maps.

No internal inscriptions.Content clean, binding good. The sub-title page and the last index page have crumpling radiating from the spine - this due to the actual original binding - does not overly detract. D/j: fading of the spine, the top of the jacket in particular is heavily worn with light paper loss, closed tears and rubbing. An attempt to repair with tape has been made by prev. owner on the inside of the jacket. Overall, except for the d/j, in vg condition.
