This is a fat burner and appetite suppressor.

HOW TO USE:
Drink 1 capsule in the morning, as early as possible, on an empty stomach. Do this for 5 consecutive days and the take 2 "skip" days.
One bottle will allow you to repeat this for 6 weeks.
MAINTENANCE:
Once you've reached your goal weight, drink one capsule every second day.
NOTE TO SELF:
Drink at least 500ml of water for every 20kgs you weigh. For example I weight 87kgs so I need to drink 2L of water daily.
