A circa 1920s Hard Cover edition published by Hodder & Stoughton {presumed 1927 edition}
Blue cover boards with gold writing to the spine, binding is tight & strong, foxing to front & rear flyleaves, pages are agecoloured to ends, all 15 colour plates are intact with tissue guards, SCARCE dustjacket is present, nick & tear & loss of 3cms to spine top & 2cms to bottom, still a nice example of an early work It is not the first edition which had 30 colour plates and was a limited edition
