The rare South African first edition, published in Cape Town in 1921 by Maskew Miller . Complete and unabridged and has all 15 maps. Bright gilt on spine. In original tan cloth boards with white patches on front and back boards, else verygood. Has heart-wrenching description " in honour of father" anddated December 1921, on front free endpaper. Front hinge starting but binding still solid.
