Hardback with very tatty DJ. the book itself is in fairly good condition for its age with normal browning etc. There are some pencil notations on the first few pages but this adds to the history as it has obviously been used as a template for a new constituation for a proposed constitution of the eastern Transvaal Highveld development association.
