This very nice book describes the history of the 2/5th Gloucestershire Regiment during WW1 including the story of key individuals. This is a first edition copy printed in 1930 (of probably quite a small print run) and was most likely obtained during the launch ceremony as it has been signed not only by the author, but also by several of the other individuals mentioned in the book. Several of those people including the author were Military Cross holders.

Please see images but overall it is offered in good condition. There is some bumping to the edges and dust and spotting to the spine, but internally it is complete with all its photos and maps.

192 pp inc 12 maps and 40 black and white photos.
