Intelligent BMS features:
Communication:
The BMS has three RS485 ports one RS232 port.
Two RS485 ports are used for the parallel connection of multiple batteries.
The RS485 and CAN ports are used for inverter-battery communication.

Warranty:
The battery pack comes with a factory-backed 5-year warranty. 70% of rated capacity within 5 years, or 6000 cycles @ 85% DOD whichever comes first. Please take note of the full warranty terms and conditions.
Delivery:
Free delivery within a 100 km radius from our store in Rayton, Gauteng. Additional courier costs may apply for deliveries outside of the 100 km radius. Please take note of warranty claims that transport to The Sun Pays office will be the customer's cost.

It is not recommended to parallel an older battery with a new battery. The internal resistances of the batteries and the firmware may differ.

Due to our incredibly low battery prices, we are no longer able to offer free nationwide delivery. However, we still provide free delivery within a 100km radius of our offices in Rayton.
For deliveries beyond this range, we use The Courier Guy. Shipping costs will be calculated from our drop-off point in Silver Lakes, Pretoria, to your specified delivery address. Orders will be dispatched only after full payment has been received and cleared in our account.
Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange collection with your own courier from our office.
