  • RAF Ouston, 20 Sept 1942,  a wartime fighter training base
  • RAF Grove, a key signals and radar training station
  • RAF Abbots Ripton, 10 July 1946, part of Britains top-secret radar and intelligence network during and after WWII.

A remarkable piece of wartime reading history, connecting British monarchy with military morale and education.
