The unpublished Spike Milligan. Box 18, edited by Norma Farnes. 1st Edition, Fourth Estate, 2006. Large format hard cover, with unclipped dust jacket, both very good, sticker residue over ISBN on back of dust jacket, otherwise pristine. "Box 18" was a file into which the highly prolific Spike would put his writing and drawings as they came to him.  Norma Farnes was his Manager and edited a selection from "Box 18". 254pp.
