Published by Monogram Aviation Publications; First Edition (January 1, 1988). Aiuthor Hans H Amtmann, Hardcover, 128 pages. Pre-owned in near mint condition.
This is a thoroughly illustrated autobiography of Hans H. Amtmann, who began his aeronautical engineering career in Germany, and after the war, was invited tio the US under Project Paperclip. The author has worked for such giants of the German aviation industry as Heinkel, Junkers and Blohm & Voss as well as American firms such as Convair. This book contains 173 photographs and 20 drawings and illustrations.
