(Whilst decoupaging and your Vintage Paper Sealer layers have dried, you can now begin adhering your paper to your surface using Vintage Paper Glue.  Apply the glue to the surface & to the back of your paper and place the paper down onto the surface.  Make sure you have ample glue so as to avoid creating air bubbles under your paper.  Using a roller or your fingers, begin smoothing the paper from the centre outwards pushing the excess glue & air out the sides.  Use brown vinegar & water on a wet cloth to remove the excess glue & keep wiping clean.  Once all the excess glue & air bubbles are out, allow to dry thoroughly.  When dry you can begin to apply your layers of Vintage Modge Podge.)

 The above technique can work on the following surfaces:  Wood, ceramic bisque, glass, canvas, plastic, etc.

Non Toxic, low odour and safe to use!  Water based, so cleans up with brown vinegar & soapy water!
