The Venus of Konpara - John Masters

Hardcover first published 1960 by Michael Joseph. The paper jacket is rubbed, worn and chipped, and the rear flap is detached along the fold due to insect damage. The blue boards with gilt titling are square and sharp, with narrow strips of sunning at the head and foot of the spine. Apart from a small stain to the top external page edges, the pages are clean and unmarked.
