The White Rabbit by Bruce Marshall. Cadet Edition.

The story of Wing Commander F. F. E. Yeo-Thomas, G. C., M.C.

Published by Evans Brothers Ltd, London. 1964. 1st Edition.

Dust jacket is damaged. Small amount of foxing in book.  4 photographs. 192 pages

"The White Rabbit was one of the code names of Wing Commander Yeo-Thomas, G. C., M. C., when he was in the
French Resistance Movement.  When the B.B.C. stated in its broadcasts to Europe that 'the White Rabbit has gone back to his hutch' it meant that the French Resistance (and later the Gestapo) knew that Yeo-Thomas had returned safely to Britain.

Of the many amazing tales of adventure and courage that came out of the last war surely there can be few to equal that of Yeo-Thomas, who started and ended the war as manager of the famous Molyneux dress salon in Paris.

.... one of the most fascinating and inspiring personal narratives produced by the war."

Taken from the dust jacket of the book.
