Hardcover first published in Great Britain 1965 by Collins. The jacket is whole, with minor wear to edges, and tape marks on the reverse. The black cloth boards with gilt titling are clean, but the spine is cocked. Apart from the name of a previous owner on the first end-paper, the pages are clean and unmarked.
