Everywhere the 69-70 South Africans went during their three months in Britain, anti-apartheid demonstrators tried to halt the their matches and force the authorities to abandon the tour. They did not succeed. But it took a total of more than 20000 policemen to stop them. The rugby enthusiast will find here full details of all the games played and and the complete record of individual performances of the players.
