Trinity, the right hand of the Devil, is the nickname of a romantic lazy character of the West, always hungry and known everywhere as being very quick on the draw. Trinity, in his wanderings, arrives in a village and much to his surprise, finds his brother, a well-known rustler, administering the law there. Trinity's brother, the left hand of the Devil, only became sheriff because while he was on the run from Yuma he shot a guy who was following him: he was the future sheriff of the township. Obviously, the rustler took his place and is now trying to keep the place quiet while waiting for his men to arrive. His plan is to take advantage of the hostility existing between Major Harrison and a colony of Mormons which has settled down inthe lush valley, where the Major would like his magnificent herd of stallions to graze. The sheriff's idea is to take ppossession of the horses which have not been branded yet. Trinity with his unexpected arrival, causes no end of trouble and the sheriff's plans run the risk of coming to nothing. In fact, by falling in love witht wo of the Mormon girls and defending them fromthe ourages of the Major's men, causes a direct hostility between the Major and the sheriff.
