Hardcover researched and compiled by Jay Heale, drawings by Bill Ashton, first published 1981 by AD Donker. The jacket is worn and rubbed, with several pieces missing from the edges, and some sticky tape repairs on the reverse. The boards are square and solid, but with some wear to the edges. Large gift inscription on first end-paper, and a series of stains to the external page tops.
