THEY SHOOT EXTRAS DON'T THEY? -  MARKET THEATRE, 18 Nov - 23 Dec 2000,  A4 folding out to A2 poster (see image), Original Theatrical Programme, condition: as new.

They Shoot Extras Don't They? is a 2000 theatrical production at the Market Theatre that explores the experiences of four women waiting for their men to return:

The play is about four women who reflect on their experiences while their men are away. The play is told through the lens of a literary professor and weaves together the women's stories with humor and emotional moments.

The play explores themes of love, resilience, courage, and the indomitable spirit of women. The universal theme of waiting allows the audience to reflect on the historical struggles of women and draw parallels to their own lives.

Lindiwe Ndlovu, a Market Theatre Laboratory graduate, played a role in the play and was nominated for an FNB Vita Award for most promising new comer.
