I DONT SEE ANY RUST MARKS ON THE BRASS SHADES OR THE LAMP STRUCTURE, A GENTLE POLISH IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED. THERE ARE ODD PLACES ON THE SHADES THAT HAVE SHINY MARKS THAT LOOK AS IF SOMETHING HAS RUBBED AGAINST THEM, NOT SCRATCHES. HEIGHT 52.8cm, DIA OF BASE 16cm, WIDTH ACROSS THE SHADES 31cm.
