Review:

This is a fascinating and charming book about cooking of a type hitherto unknown to me. I can't cook, but I think even I could use this book. The information is so well handled and accessible. It covers everything from choosing an iron pot, how to "cure" it; even the kinds of wood to use for the fire. The illustrations are also enjoyable.
