All about the Designer:
I'm 19 years of age. I went to school in Vredenburg from grade 1 until matric. I matriculated last year with 4 distinctions - Graphic Design, English First Additional Language, Maths Literacy and Life Orientation. My home Language is Afrikaans. During 2009 (matric), I entered the Woolworths Sappi Design Indaba Competition, where we got asked to design anything that's related to the 2010 Soccer World Cup. So I designed a Throne for the most important person on those days to sit on or it could be a memorabilia of the Soccer World Cup. I won Provincial for my design at the Woolworths Sappi Design Indaba Awards. You can go to www.makingthedifference.co.za, where there is photo's of myself and my fellow winners from each province.
