Can I keep my existing number?
If you already have an MTN Prepaid SIM card and wish to retain your number, you can also benefit from the MTN TopUp100 savings. MTN will upgrade your Prepaid SIM to an MTN TopUp100 package – all you have to do is tick the relevant box on the application form.
Should you wish to retain your existing prepaid number and you are with Vodacom, Cell C or Virgin, you can apply to port your prepaid SIM card to MTN, who will then upgrade your SIM card to an MTN TopUp100 – this process will take approximately 7 days.
