Published by McGraw-Hill, 1974. H/C with D/J, 271pp, with maps & both colour & B/W photographs. The jacket has edge-wear & creasing, the book has a former owner name to front end. There is a ex-lib stamp inside, but no cards or any other ex-lib stamps. the blue cloth covers has rubbing to corners, minor foxing to upper corners, some green ink linings on a few pages, but still good, content good, O/A still a fine/good copy.
