Rates include FULL INSTALLATION. Additional items (bought from us) up to one load can be delivered at no extra charge. If load exceeds limit there may be an extra charge depending on area, however, for very large orders we are willing to negotiate a better rate for the buyer which means we will pay the Contractor the difference if needed. Please obtain a quote for shipping on extra-large orders by asking a question. Contractors may remove (to donate or dump) old unwanted furniture not exceeding one load upon prior arrangement for free, however, they will not transport old items to friends and relatives for free.
