Each volume has 8 full page colour plates, giving a total of 24. Each volume is profusely illustrated with black and white photographic images as well as line drawings, etc.

A set in good secondhand condition, thought the stain mark on the outer bottom corner, measuring around 1 cm x 1.5 cm, not affecting the text at all.
