A trip in August 1934 through mainly the northern part of the Kruger Park. The author may have found it a bit tame after her time as an ambulance driver on the western front in World War One. She was the first volunteer owner driver to arrive in France, and at age 40, was also the eldest. Between the wars she visited a brother in South Africa.

210 mm x 160 mm publication bound in textured paper, resembling elephant skin, over board, with a tilted oval cutout on the front revealing the Eland of the title page. Published by Juta & Co. Ltd, undated, 87 pages.
