All the parts in PERFECT AS NEW condition and on hand. This item has been used bought for salon purposes 8 years ago and forgotten about in a cupboard. I have used it recently but it is quite heavy to use on oneself. This is the old version of a manual G5 massager/ The detachable heads are individualy as biug as an openspread hand. This is not a TV promoted item which looks good, but then you get at in an inferior quality - THIS IS A GENIUNE HEAVY DUTY SALON TYPE MASSAGER.
