The Throat Chakra is related to communication (both verbal and non-verbal), self-expression and creativity.  A blockage of this Chakra leads to a fear of speaking, a small weak voice, and difficulty putting feelings into words and pain in the neck and shoulders. If balanced, this Chakra leads to good listening skills, a resonant voice, good sense of timing and rhythm, clear communication and creativity.

  Turquoise is an excellent stone for treating depression due to its vibrant colour.  It is used to calm minds in turmoil following a nervous breakdown and to prevent panic attacks.  It can be worn to protect against negative energies and is said to change colour to warn of danger or illness.

 Sodalite helps to bring inner peace.  It aids communication and will give confidence to speak more and is therefore a lucky stone for writers.  It is said to be an excellent stone for mental clarity and encouraging rational thought.  Sodalite is also a stone for athletics as it stimulates endurance and is also good for team exercises as it promotes harmony, trust and solidarity of purpose between team members.

The bracelet's length is approximately 18cm.
