Not to go into the history part of this particular aircraft , the book is a very good reference book for modellers building this particular aircraft which was the reason why I bought the book even so it goes into a little bit of history is not very profound it does go into some details of the men's that flew the aircraft and their missions what this book it's for is for reference, and some color profiles if you want to read about the history of the F-105 I suggest that you get another book because this one it's not it like I said it tell you some history but not all . but for reference purposes is very good.
