How to play a Singing Bowl
Place the bowl in your left palm. Do not touch the bowl with your hand. Hold the striker in right hand and hit the bowl on the rim for the first time. Now slowly rotate the striker around the rim of the bowl applying uniform force. You will be able to hear a vibrating sound.
This sound is an energy that enlightens the chakras in Meditation.
