This product does power on for some seconds when power is plugged in only and then shuts down. So it's sold for spares or for fixing.

Apparently it was previously refurbished but it doesn't look old at all. For those who can fix or who have got technicians who deals with power stations this is a bargain for you.

It uses AC and Solar to recharge not adapter
