War thriller starring Jake Busey as Jason Philby, a soldier whose personal tragedy begins to affect his ability to perform his duty. Suffering from the loss of his son in a car explosion, Jason begins to hear the sound of the blast in his mind. Meanwhile, an army experiment which uses a virus to turn soldiers into biological bombs is underway and Jason believes he may already have been contaminated with the virus without his consent. Now, with time running out, he searches for answers about the testing, all the while the psychological effects of his loss becoming increasingly worse.
